Actin, muscle^ Clone number HHF35. This antibody is specific to alpha and gamma specific actin isomers from skeletal, cardiac and smooth muscle but does not recognize beta and nonsmooth muscle gamma actin isomers. In Western blot, HHF35 picks up 42 kD protein extract from skeletal muscle but not from epithelial cell line.
