Actin Sarcomeric^ Clone number 5C5. Monoclonal anti-alpha-sarcomeric Actin has been used as a marker for rhabdomyosarcoma. This antibody is specific to alpha-skeletal and alpha-cardiac muscle actins. It cross reacts with human, sheep, bovine, rabbit, guinea pig, rat, frog, snake and carp. It does not reacts with smooth muscle tissue.
