Annexin V-FITC^ identifies apoptotic cells by binding to exposed PS on the outer leaflet. EthD-III is a superior alternative to PI or EthD-I. The kit allows simultaneous quantification of apoptotic (green) and necrotic (red) cells within the same cell population by flow cytometry or microscopy.
