Ezgrip® amber hdpe carboys meet usp <671> requirements for light transmission, to allow for safe storage of photosensitive materials. The carboys are molded from a usp class vi, fda grade resin with excellent chemical resistance, making them ideal for most buffers and reagents as well as powders and solids.The ezgrip® carboy’s ergonomically designed body includes large top handles and molded hand grips in the base to allow the user to easily handle the carboy during lifting, filling, and pouring. Versacap™ technology provides interchangeable, leakproof top connections. Versabarbs™ are available in a variety of hose barb sizes, for easy customization of the carboy’s spigot opening. The ezgrip® carboy features include easy-to-read metric graduation marks certified to ±5% accuracy, and the carboy size and material are molded into the side for easy identification. The 120 mm ezfil™ neck is available on 20l and 40l carboys, for easier filling and cleaning.Versacaps™, versabarbs™, and spigots are autoclavable.
