Ki-1 antigen, cd30^ clone number ber-h2. Reacts with a 105 kd glycoprotein expressed by hodgkin's and reed-sternberg cells and a majority of large cell lymphomas. In normal lymphoid tissues, it reacts with a small population of large cells present around b cell follicles and sometimes at the rim of germinal centers.
