Details
Phalloidin labeled with the blue fluorescent dye CF405^ is one of an outstanding series of CF dyes we have developed. CF405 can be optimally excited by the 405 nm violet laser line and emits at 460 nm. CF405 phalloidin binds to F-actin with nanomolar affinity.
