The friction cube provides four surfaces for exploration into the force of friction. Each side of the 2" cube provides a surface (wood, paper, vinyl, sandpaper) with a different coefficient of friction. By pulling the cube by the attached hook, one can both qualitatively and quantitatively demonstrate the properties of static and kinetic friction. Instruction manual included.
