This Elastic Materials Kit is a fun way for kids or students to conduct experiments and learn about elasticity, compression, extension, torsion, and elastic limits. It's perfect for a small group of students. The kit includes: two foam blocks (5"x2"x2"), two large springs (5.5" in height, 2.25" in diameter), twenty-five small springs (2.25" in length, 5/8" in diameter), one strand of rubber tubing (3.5 feet long, 0.25" in diameter), two coils of 1/16" copper wire, and four elastic cords with metal loop ends (10" stretchable elastic, 1" diameter loop ends).
