The T7Select™10-3b vector is a protein display vector based on bacteriophage T7. The vector displays an average of 5–15 copies of peptides and proteins up to 1200 aa in size on the surface of the T7 capsid. Target sequences are fused to the C-terminus of the 10B capsid protein near amino acid 348.
