GeneJET Plasmid Midiprep Kit is designed for large scale isolation of high quality plasmid DNA from recombinant E. coli cultures. The kit utilizes silica-based membrane technology in the form of convenient spin column. Each prep recovers up to 200 μg of high copy number plasmid DNA.
