S100A11 (human) Recombinant Protein, RP-75718, from Invitrogen.The S100 family of proteins contrain two EF-hand calcium-binding motifs and are thought to be involved in the regulation of a number of cellular processes including cell cycle progression and differentiation. The protein may function in motility, invasion, andtubulin polymerisation. RP-75718 contains purified recombinant human S100A11 protein with an N-terminal hexahistidine tag. RP-75718 may be used as a positive control in many immunological assays. This protein detects a band at ∽17.1 kDa in Western blot applications.
