Anti-hu–il-13, clone jes10-5a2, is derived from the mouse myeloma p3x63ag8 fused with splenocytes from lewis rats immunized with recombinant human il-13 expressed in mammalian cells. Anti-human interleukin 13 (anti-hu–il-13) recognizes a nonglycosylated protein of 132 amino acids with a molecular mass of 10kd.
