Live Bacterial Gram Stain Kit^ It includes wheat germ agglutinin conjugated to CF594 to stain gram-positive cells with red fluorescence, and DAPI to stain all bacteria with blue fluorescence. CF594 is spectrally similar to Texas Red but with brighter fluorescence. Sufficient for 200 assays.
