Mercodia Glucagon ELISA - 10 μL provides a method for the quantitative determination of glucagon in rat, mouse, porcine and non-human primate (NHP) serum, EDTA plasma and cell culture media samples. In addition to the lowest sample volume available commercially, it is also the highest sensitivity, does not require sample purification, and has little or no cross-reactivity to the peptides oxyntomodulin, glicentin, mini-glucagon, GLP-1, GLP-2, AND GRPP.
