Details:
FLT3 Ligand (mouse) Recombinant Protein, RP-8665, from Invitrogen.FMS-related Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand (FLT-3 Ligand) is a growth factor important for the proliferation of hematopoietic cells. FLT-3 Ligand binds to, and transmits signals through, the receptor tyrosine kinase known as FMS-like Tyrosine Kinase-3 (FLT-3). FLT-3 Ligand promotes long-term expansion and differentiation of human pro-B cells in the presence of IL-7 or in combination of IL-7 and IL-3. Human FLT-3 Ligand can stimulate the proliferation of cells expressing murine FLT-3 receptors. Recombinant mouse IL-15 is a non-glycosylated protein, containing 163 amino acids, with a molecular weight of 18.6 kDa. Purity is typically greater than 98% and endotoxin level less than 1 EU/ug. The expected biological activity (ED50) is determined by the dose-dependent induction of CTLL-2 cell proliferation and is typically less than 5 ng/mL. The specific activity of this protein is 2x10^5 units/mg. Reconstitute using sterile water at 0.1mg/mL and centrifuge prior to opening vial. Gently pipet solution down the sides of the vial. DO NOT VORTEX sample. Store reconstituted material at -20°C and add 0.1% BSA for additional stability.
