GS96 Broth is formulated to grow host cells to the highest density possible without aeration, and to produce high yields of plasmid DNA from those cultures. Perfect for growing bacterial cells in 96-well and 384-well plates, GS96 media can be used in any situation in which aeration of the culture is difficult or absent.
