The Invitrogen™ Power Blotter Cassette is part of the Power Blotter System designed specifically for rapid semi-dry transfer of proteins from polyacrylamide gels to nitrocellulose or PVDF membranes in 5 to 12 minutes.This item is made available as a replacement or additional cassette for the Power Blotter Station. The Power Blotter Cassette can be used with Power Blotter Select Transfer Stacks for rapid transfers, the Power Blotter 1-Step Transfer Buffer for semi-dry transfers, or alternatively with traditional buffers for longer semi-dry transfers.
