Ttf-1^ clone number 8g7g3/1, this antibody is specific to a 40 kd protein, which is identified as thyroid transcription factor (ttf-1). Ttf-1 is expressed in epithelial cells of the thyroid gland and lung. Ttf-1 stains primary lung adenocarcinoma and small cell carcinoma but does not stain colon and breast carcinoma.
